JOHN STUART POWER BRAKE was founded in 1946 in the city of Hamilton,Ontario by John Stuart. Originally catering to the brake needs of the Steel Mills, the business grew to include the automotive aftermarket.
In 1973 the business was acquired by the current owner, Mr. Albert Brewer. Mr. Brewer ran the business from the original location in Hamilton for one year before moving the operation to Stoney Creek,Ontario. Since that time, John Stuart Power Brake has expanded it's product lines to include Power Steering, Water Pumps, Vacuum Pumps and Pollution Pumps.
